Min-Kuan Chang received B.S. degree from the National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, in 1996, and M.S. and PhD. from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, USA, in 1998 and 2003, respectively, all in Electrical Engineering. From 2000 to 2003, Dr. Chang was a research assistant in the Integrated Media Systems Center at the University of Southern California. In Feb. 2004, he joined the department of Electrical Engineering of National Chung Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan, where he is currently an Associate Professor.
His current research interest includes game theory power control in wireless telecommunication systems, wireless multimedia transmission, cooperative communication systems, and distributed signal processing
in wireless sensor network.
