Lab Director (or Principal Investigator)

Ming-Sui (Amy) Lee received her B.S. degree in mathematical sciences from National Cheng-Chi University, Taiwan, in 1999. Then she received the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2002 and 2006, respectively. Now she serves as an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Taiwan University. Her research interests include image/video mosaicking, compressed-domain image/video processing, 2D to 3D image/video conversion and digital signal processing.


Lab Introduction

Welcome to Image and Vision Lab (imLab). The imLab at National Taiwan University (NTU) is dedicated to a wide range of research including image/video processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, multimedia technology, and human computer interaction. Our current research focuses on visual monitoring, face and gesture recognition, interactive displays, virtual exhibition, augmented reality, intelligent transportation system, attentive computing, sensor-based health promotion and social persuasion.
