Ming-Te Wu received his BS degree from Chung Yuan Christian University, and an MS degree from I-so University, Taiwan, in 1992 and 1999, respectively, in their Departments of Electrical Engineering; and the Ph.D. degree in the Electrical Engineering Department at National Sun Yat-Sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He is currently an assistant professor in the Departments of Information Technology at Kao Yuan University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. His research interests include image and video signal processing and video motion estimation.
