Opening Welcome Reception on 4 October (Sunday)
Welcome Reception will be held from 17:30
to 19:30 at Sapporo Aspen Hotel on 4 October
All participants are invited.
The 2nd
APSIPA Reception on 5 October (Monday)
Reception will be held from 18:30 to 20:30
at Sapporo Beer Garden (Higashi-Ku, Kita
7, Higashi 9, 2-10, Sapporo) on 5 October.
The Shuttle bus will take all of you from
Sapporo Convention Center to the venue. Please
wait at the registration desk of APSIPA ASC
2009 during 17:45-18:15. A registration member
has its ticket in the registration. However,
the student members and accompanying persons
need to buy its tickets.
The 3rd
Banquet on 6 October (Tuesday)
Banquet will be held at Sapporo Grand Hotel
(Chou-Ku, Kita 1, Nishi 4, Sapporo) on 6
October.
There is NO BUS SERVICE from Sapporo Convention
Center. A registration member has its ticket
in the registration. However, the student
members and accompanying persons need to
buy its tickets.
