Registration System

The registration process involves two steps:

Step 1: Fill in the registration form (click HERE)

* You will be directed to an online registration form.

* Once registered successfully, the registration system will send you a notification email about your registration status and your login passcode.

Step 2: Pay registration fees online (click HERE)

* If the payment is completed, the registration team will provide you with an invitation letter as soon as possible.

* The registration fee covers coffee break, lunch and dinner during Nov. 19th 2019 to Nov. 21st 2019 (3 days).

* Receipt of payment will be given at the registration desk throughout the conference.

* For attendees from China Mainland, we have solved the `Fapiao` issue. To request a 'Fapiao', please send a message to registration@apsipa2019.org.

* For China (Mainland) participants, the bank transfer payment method is also supported. Please login the payment system, and you will find relevant information.

* If you have any questions regarding the registration process, kindly contact registration@apsipa2019.org or scan the WeChat QR code below to join the WeChat group for assistance.

Please read the detailed information below:

For an accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings, it must be covered by at least ONE full registration on or before November 1, 2019. Each author’s full registration can cover at most his/her TWO papers. No paper can be covered with a student registration. Student registration fees are applicable only to full-time students. Papers without a full registration will be withdrawn from the programme and the proceedings.

No Show:

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the APSIPA ASC 2019 conference. The 'no-show' papers will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings. For poster sessions, if the speaker is not present in front of the poster for most of the time during the poster session, this implies 'no show'.

Conference refund and cancellation policy:

The registration fee is non-refundable. The Conference Organizing Committee has tried the best to keep the conference fee at the lowest. The charged fee is just to make the conference breakeven and the expenses have most been committed or spent. Hence, in any case that uncontrollable mishap happens rendering the cancellation of the Conference, the fee will not be refunded, however, in this special case, all accepted papers in anyway will be listed in IEEE Xplore.
